Container pickups at ports are often slowed by manual PIN entry and rigid truck queues. Drivers have to stop, get out, and key in their pickup PINs, losing time, creating congestion, and reducing safety. Meanwhile, ports can’t easily reshuffle trucks when some containers are ready sooner than others.
Longer queue times and truck idling.
Delays in container collection and delivery.
Inefficient yard flow and reduced throughput.
Let’s modernise port access with geofenced PIN entry and dynamic truck queue management a smarter, safer, and faster way to move containers.
When a truck enters the geofence around the port, the Driver App automatically prompts the driver to confirm their PIN digitally no need to leave the cab. Once validated, the truck moves seamlessly into the queue.
At the same time, ports gain the ability to "call forward" specific vehicles whose containers are ready or easier to access. That means fewer idle trucks, faster turnaround, and smoother yard operations.
Geofenced PIN entry: Secure, hands‑free PIN validation triggered automatically when at the port.
Smart queue control: Prioritize trucks based on container readiness, crane access, or yard activity.
Driver app updates: Real‑time queue position, call‑forward notifications, and next‑step guidance.
Performance insights: Track average wait time, gate throughput, and reduced idle time.
Faster gate moves and improved driver safety.
Better utilization of port assets and crane time.
Less congestion and emissions from idling trucks.
A smoother, more predictable pickup experience for everyone.
What ports or terminals would benefit most from this?
How should “call forward” prioritization work (e.g., by container stack, job urgency)?
What driver notifications or alerts would make this easiest to use?
15–20% faster turnaround per truck.
Reduced idle time and port congestion.
Happier drivers and terminals running like clockwork.
